Iranian Embassy Demonstrations Update

Dear Residents, 

Tomorrow, Friday 20th March, the Iranian community will be celebrating Nowruz, this is the Persian New Year. It is expected to be a time of celebration with food, sweets and music. The police have been told that the organiser is expecting 2000 people to attend the area opposite the Iranian Embassy. 

The proposed timings for this event are from 1300-1800hrs. 

I have been in discussion with the MO6 command team and there will be conditions placed onto this event. When we receive these conditions in writing, I will share them with you here.
