Apologies - there was was vital information missing from the original message!
Officers are appealing for witnesses and information following the theft of tools from a van which was parked unattended in the car park at The Hertsmere Golf Club in Watling Street. The theft happened on Tuesday 10 March at 12.45pm. In particular they would like to speak to some ladies who were chatting in a car near to the targeted van, around the time of the theft. DC Katie Darcy who is investigating said: “The car park would have been quite busy at this time, so we are hoping that someone may have noticed people acting suspiciously. “We believe there were some ladies chatting in the vicinity of the van, who may have information that can help us. If this was you, please get in contact. “Removing the tools would not have been super quick, so we are appealing to anyone who used the car park at this time to get in touch. Even if you do not think you have information which can help us, we would still like to speak to you. We would also like to hear from anyone who had a dash cam in operation at this time.” You can report information direct to DC Darcy via email – Katie.Darcy@herts.police.uk You can also report information online at herts.police.uk/report, speak to an operator in our Force Communications Room via our online web chat at herts.police.uk/contact or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting 41/24573/26. Alternatively, you can stay 100% anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their untraceable online form at crimestoppers-uk.org. | ||
