Your Community - Our Action.

Thank you for filling out the Lancashire Talking Survey previously. Your information has helped us understand what issues are occurring in your area. 

🚨🚔  West Lancashire Neighbourhood Policing 🚔🚨 are responding to your community concerns in regard to drug use. As well as targeting drug dealing and executing warrants across the area, they have also been targeting individuals who choose to drive whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This is linked, and in response to, another community concern raised via our InTheKnow system, which is antisocial driving.

From the last few months, the team currently have:

•             4 people awaiting charge when their blood results come back to determine if they were over or under the prescribed limit. 

•             7 people who have been charged and will be appearing in court.

•             6 people who have been convicted at court and banned for between 12 and 36 months.

Our Immediate Response and Specialist Operations departments have also made numerous arrests for Drug Driving within that time as well as we continued to clamp down on drivers putting people at risk.

We are asking that you complete a survey so we can better understand what is going on in your area. The information you provide us is vital to understanding priority issues in your local community.
