Community Protection Warning served following anti-social behaviour on Scarborough's North Bay

North Yorkshire Council and North Yorkshire Police have worked together to collate concerns around anti-social behaviour in the Queens Parade and Blenheim Terrace area of Scarborough. An adult male has since been served with a Community Protection Warning, directing him to cease his behaviour which has had a detrimental impact on the local community.

Working in partnership, agencies are better placed to tackle community issues and rely on reports from the public to take action. 

Please feel reassured that reports are acted upon, in instances such as this, and anti-social behaviour impacting on our communities will be tackled where evidence and powers permit.
