Cleveland Police Appeal for Witnesses and CCTV – Criminal Damage, Fens Area, Hartlepool Cleveland Police are appealing for witnesses and any CCTV footage that may assist in identifying the individual responsible for causing damage to multiple vehicles in the Fens area of Hartlepool. Officers received several reports of vehicle damage in the following streets on 23/03/2026, between approximately 9:00pm and 10:15pm: We are particularly keen to obtain any CCTV, doorbell camera footage, or dash‑cam recordings that may show the suspect or the damage being caused during this timeframe.
