You'll have seen my message to Maureen Cox.

I tried to contact the registered coordinator of this scheme, Graham Hadfield, on mobile and landline. Neither rang out, suggesting they/he are no longer active. I called several registered members of the scheme, all of whom said they had never had any contact and didn't know of Graham H.

I've therefore concluded that the scheme isn't active and have deleted it.
