On 21st March you may have noticed the National Police Air Service helicopter operating in the area. We had a particularly productive day tackling nuisance vehicles and off-road bikes. As a result of this proactive deployment, we successfully recovered a vehicle stolen in the early hours and seized three off-road bikes. This activity has already led to two arrests for dangerous driving, with further arrests anticipated as enquiries continue.
