I’m PC WOOD the local officer for Burnage, I just wanted to give a quick update in relation to traffic enforcement that’s occurred over the past few days. Two cars have been seized for anti social driving; two arrests having been made on Kingsway as a result of this. Twelve tickets have been issued for numerous offences such as speeding, going through red lights and mobile phones. Three section 59 warnings have been given for antisocial driving. PG9 defect notice was given for an unroadworthy vehicle. This will not be the end, there’s plenty of enforcement planned for the coming months. |
