Dear Residents

We are appealing for information about a burglary at a property on Huntingdon road Thrapston . The burglary happened on the 29th of March 2026 at 02:30

Offenders forced entry Business premises via smashed window and attempted to gain entry to ATM, offenders left in a large black vehicle .

Not known if anything was stolen from the property.

Business burglary

Ensure your premises are alarmed. If you are in a remote location, your alarm should be remotely monitored and any confirmed activations forwarded directly to police for response.

Make sure your premises has good lighting covering access points and dark or hidden areas

Invest in CCTV to deter and detect crime

Retailers should leave their tills empty overnight with till drawer left open to avoid any damage

Valuable items should be stored within a securely locked cupboard/cage within the building
