Eid Celebration with RDWWA

Valentines SNT and Cranbrook Snt participated in the RDWWA (Redbridge Disable Women's Welfare Association) event today, celebrating Eid with local women. We connected with over 100 women who are dealing with various challenges due to their disabilities. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, which allowed us to engage with the community in a festive way. While we were there, we had some meaningful chats with several women, listened to their concerns, and provided personalized crime prevention advice. They were really thankful for our presence and the opportunity to share their worries in such a supportive environment. All in all, the visit was a huge success, helping to strengthen our bonds with the community we serve. We’re excited to keep the conversation going about prevention strategies related to violence against women and girls in the area.
