Moped seized and male arrested for immigration offences

On our way to patrol the ward today officers observed a Male riding a moped swerving in and out of the traffic, officers stopped the male on Homesdale Road to carry out some vehicle & person checks.  The driver had no insurance and the moped was seized, the Male was also arrested for Immigration offences.
