Dear Resident
A vehicle has been damaged on Galley Hill, Hemel Hempstead, between 22:00 of 15/02/2026 and 07:00 of 16/02/2026.
Between the material times, the offender(s) have damaged the wing mirror of a black Mini Cooper, also kicking the window leaving a foot imprint. They have then made off in an unknown direction. Offender details are currently unknown, but it has been suggested that there have been multiple other vehicles damaged in a similar manner in the local area.
