Dispersal Order In Place - Ellesmere Port Town Centre

🚫 DISPERSAL ORDER IN PLACE – ELLESMERE PORT TOWN CENTRE 🚫

Following continued reports of anti-social behaviour in Ellesmere Port Town Centre, a Section 34 Dispersal Order has been authorised and is now in place.
 

This gives officers the power to direct anyone involved in, or likely to be involved in, anti-social behaviour to leave the area immediately.

What this means:
🔹 Anyone seen engaging in ASB will be issued with a dispersal notice and required to leave the designated area.
🔹Anyone who refuses to leave, or returns after being directed to go, may be committing an offence.
🔹Individuals committing criminal offences will be arrested and dealt with accordingly.

These powers have been put in place to help keep the town centre safe and to respond to concerns raised by the local community.
