Last week a group of youths were seen on CCTV riding around Newent Lake on Electric E-bikes.
Considerable damage has been caused to the ground from erratic riding and 'burn-outs'and we are asking if anyone may have witnessed this or can provide further information regarding the pair of riders.
Reminder: If you use a privately-owned e-scooter in public, you risk the vehicle being seized under S.165 Road Traffic Act 1988 for having no insurance. If you breach the rules when using an e-scooter/e-motorbike you could face a fixed penalty notice, the seizure of your e-scooter/e-motorbike and its disposal.
