Scarborough Neighbourhood Policing Team, are committed to dealing with community issues and continuing to monitor an issue when positive action has been implemented. 

I am writing to update you regarding the recent Closure Order placed on a property within your neighbourhood. The order has now come to an end, and the address has returned to normal use.

We recognise that the original issues may have caused concern or distress within the community. I want to reassure you that your local Neighbourhood Policing Team remains fully committed to keeping this area safe, and we will continue to monitor the location closely.

Although the Closure Order has ended, we are not stepping back. If any further anti‑social behaviour or criminal activity occurs at or around the property, please be assured that we will take prompt and robust action. This includes pursuing a further Closure Order should it become necessary.

Your information is vital. If you see or hear anything that causes you concern, please report it to us. Even small pieces of information can help us build a clear picture and respond effectively.
