IT'S THAT TIME OF THE QUARTER!!!! |
||
|
Good morning, everyone.
It’s that time of the quarter again — a bit like when you were a kid, waiting by the front door, ears pricked for the postman to open the garden gate and rattle the letterbox, all so you could pounce on the latest Beano or Dandy (or in my case, Roy of the Rovers) as it hit the hall mat. Yes, it’s time for the Neighbourhood Watch Spring Newsletter.
I know you’re all itching to dive in. It’s ten pages of pure delight — from Warden and CCTV good news, to Mitcham Carnival updates, to money‑saving advice — all perfectly timed for you to enjoy over the Easter break.
Weekly updates
There won’t be any updates over the next two Fridays I’m afraid. My apologies, I know some of you can’t start your weekend without them, but I’m lucky enough to be taking a bit of time out with my family: teaching my kids how to go faster on flumes, attempting to keep up with them on the rapids, and spending my evenings watching some very questionable European child entertainers. When I’m back, I’ll be switching the updates to fortnightly — or, if we want to sound a bit more upmarket, bi‑monthly.
Anyway, that’s enough from me. I know you’re all clambering to get stuck into the newsletter. Have an amazing Easter, and see you on the other side!
Warm regards
