Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling At 11.23pm on Thursday 26 March in Huthwaite Road, Sutton in Ashfield, a male knocked on a door and when it was opened he tried to force his way in. He was described as white, mid 30’s, 6-00”, slim build, blonde/ light hair, wearing glasses, a red top and a black body warmer, grey bottoms. Possibly between 4.00pm on Thursday 26 and 3.55pm on Friday 27 March in Outram Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a flat inside a building was entered by forcing the door. A TV and toaster were stolen and the bath panel pulled out. At 8.39pm on Monday 30 March in Dobson’s Mews, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of an alarm being activated and a property being entered via the French doors. Two males wearing balaclavas and with their hoods up were seen at the rear of the property. Burglary Other Nothing to report Theft of motor vehicle Nothing to report Theft from motor vehicle Nothing to report Theft Between 5.00pm and 6.40pm on Thursday 26 March at the Lammas Leisure Centre, Lammas Road, Sutton in Ashfield, a chained up black Rock Rider mountain bike was stolen. Violence against person Between 4.00pm and 5.00pm on Friday 27 March in Institute Street, Stanton Hill, Sutton in Ashfield, at the corner of the street the caller had his “head kicked in” by two males. Criminal Damage At 1.00am on Wednesday 1 April in West End Court, West End, Sutton in Ashfield, a living room window was smashed with a brick. ASB Around 11.00pm on Wednesday 25 March in Main Street, Huthwaite, Sutton in Ashfield, a group of youngsters were banging on the door and windows of a property. At 6.15am on Monday 30 March in Outram Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of a male with a bike asleep in the communal area of a block of flats.
