Weekly update

Dear Residents,

This week the Mountsorrel Beat Team have been active across the village.

 Officers carried out a joint visit with Housing to support a resident who reported a neighbour issue, which is now being managed by the Housing Officer. 

Enquiries have also been completed regarding a theft from a local shop, with further lines of enquiry continuing.

A beat surgery was held at the Mountsorrel Memorial Centre, giving residents the opportunity to speak with the team.

 Officers also visited a vulnerable female to ensure her safety and wellbeing.

Following concerns raised in response to our monthly Neighbourhood Link newsletter, officers completed targeted foot patrols around the local parks to address reports of anti‑social behaviour.

We have also been planning our community engagement activity for the year ahead.
