Important update re your scheme - Chester - Churton Village Neighbourhood Watch Scheme.

Hi Resident,

This is a message from Cheshire Neighbourhood Watch Association (CNWA).

We are currently conducting an audit of schemes in the Chester & West Cheshire area and you are shown as being a member of - Chester - Churton Village Neighbourhood Watch Scheme.

1. No Coordinator

Enquiries reveal that your scheme has no coordinator and has been inactive for sometime.

Protocol dictates that a scheme must have a coordinator to manage the scheme or else it will have to be deleted.

So the purpose of this message is to inform you of this action. However, if an existing member would take over the role then the scheme can continue.

2. Is the personal data on your account correct?

The second purpose of this contact is to review the status of all members to ensure the data we hold is compliant with GDPR Regulations. Many of the records on the system date back to the 2010's and over time will have been subject to change. So can you please sign into your account and check the data is both accurate and correct.  

If no reply is received then your record may be deleted as we cannot confirm the information we hold is both correct and accurate in accordance with GDPR regulations.
