Operation for E-BIKES/BIKES

Good afternoon, 

Local safer neighbourhood officers are going to do a operation for BIKES/E-BIKES in Kilburn ward. During this operation we will be sizing  BIKES/E-BIKES due to high speeding and for not having insurance.
