Trentham and Hanford - Eggs thrown at vehicle, new Neighbourhood Watch Zone launched and upcoming Police Street Surgeries

Good afternoon everyone,

Please find at the bottom of this e-mail the dates, times and locations of upcoming Police Street Surgeries. Apologies if I missed anyone at the St James Pl surgery as I was unable to attend. I have re-scheduled this surgery for next week. 

Smart Alert Appeals -Criminal damage to vehicle. 

On Monday 30th March 2026 at approximately 20:20 a juvenile threw egg(s) at a vehicle causing damage.  The juvenile was in a small group. 

The incident took place at Goodwood Pl and I am in the process of trying to ID those involved. 

If anyone has any CCTV, Ring doorbell footage or any other information that may help my enquiries, if you could please reply to this message and I will be in touch. Thank you. 

Neighbourhood Watch update

This week a Neighbourhood Watch Zone that I applied for on the Meadow Lane estate has been approved. The map below shows where the zone will be. 

I am now in the process of preparing the welcome packs, which I will deliver to all addresses within the zone. The zone is quite large, therefore it may take me a couple of weeks to prepare everything but I will complete this as soon as possible.
