I hope you received my email (sent 30/3/26).

We are unable to process your application to approve your new neighbourhood watch scheme, ' Belvedere Close' in Burntwood, until you get in touch by phone.

This is necessary in the first instance, so that you can be contacted in the unlikely event that the local police or Neighbourhood Watch need to contact you.

We also need to check with you that you fully understand the role of the coordinator-you may decide that it's not for you!
