Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling Anytime between Friday 10 to Monday 13 April in Mistletoe Way, Sutton in Ashfield, on the Gleeson Homes construction site, the locking cap was cut from a storage tank and fuel syphoned off. Copper pipes to to a heat source pump on a house were cut, piping and the pump were stolen A report at 2.49pm on Wednesday 15 April in Welbeck Street, Sutton in Ashfield money was stolen from a living room table in house used for supported accommodation while the owner was asleep. Airpods were also stolen. Fencing around the storage site was cut to gain entry and other caravans were possibly damaged. At 11.48pm on Thursday 9 April in Lime Street, Sutton in Ashfield, the tyres of a vehicle were slashed in the past few minutes by a male in a black hooded top, grey joggers and a black mask. He ran off down East Street. At 1.45am on Friday 10 April in Outram Street, Sutton in Ashfield, the callers windows had been smashed and all four tyres of a silver Ford Fiesta car were slashed. At some time before 2.00am on Saturday 11 April, in Mansfield Road, Skegby the wing mirrors of a white Ford Transit Custom van and a BMW x1 Se automatic car were damaged. At sometime between Sunday 12 and 5.20pm on Tuesday 14 April in Carsic Road, Sutton in Ashfield, a door lock to a house was tampered with and it can no longer be opened with the key. At 3.02am on Wednesday 15 April in Davies Avenue, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of youths smashing up two cars using golf clubs. A black PureTech Perf. Line and a white Mini Cooper Around 3.05pm on Sunday 12 April in Stoney Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a male on a pushbike repeatedly rammed a light brown Toyota Auris Hybrid taxi and damaged a wing mirror by hitting it with an object. He was described as white, approximately 40 years old, brown hair, beard, wearing a body warmer, possibly brown in colour. At 2.00am on Wednesday 15 April in Lammas Road, Sutton in Ashfield, a top floor window in The Old Blue Bell was smashed with a stone. ASB At 3.57pm on Thursday 9 April on Sutton Lawn, Lawn Avenue, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of three bikes/mopeds been ridden recklessly towards people almost hitting them. At 2.45pm on Friday 10 April in Paling Crescent, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of issues with youngsters messing about with the cameras outside a property, shouting at and harassing the owner, which has been ongoing for the past three days. In the latest incident on Friday morning water bombs were thrown at windows. Two of the males involved were identified and have apologised to the owner. At 3.08pm on Friday 10 April in Bentinck Street, Sutton in Ashfield, near the entrance to Sutton Lawn, a group of six or seven males and females were shouting abuse at members of the public walking past. Three males were described as white, one 5-10”, slim, short grey/brown hair, wearing a black jacket with ‘Raiders’ on the back, black joggers or jeans. The second 5-10”.slim, bald spot, wearing a light/dark blue hoodie, blue jeans, the third was wearing a cap with ‘Red Bull’ on it. There have been issues involving this group in the past. At 6.44pm on Friday 10 April in Edale Court, Sutton in Ashfield, a group of 13/16 year old boys and girls, around 12 to 14 in number, were pulling up flowers in a garden. They swore at the caller when he asked them to leave.
