Weapon Sweep

Today, officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team will be carrying out weapon sweeps in the following areas:

These proactive patrols form part of our ongoing work to enhance community safety, disrupt criminal activity, and remove weapons from public spaces. Officers will also be maintaining a visible presence and engaging with the community to help ensure a safe environment for young people and the wider community.
