Phillip Walter Memorial

Today, Newbury SNT with Valentines SNT joined the memorial for PC Phillip Walters on Empress Avenue, Ilford , a moment to pause, reflect, and pay our respects to an officer who gave his life in service to this community.
We were proud to be joined by our Borough Commander, senior colleagues, and members of the public who came to pay their own heartfelt tributes ,a true coming together in his memory.
31 years on, PC Walters is not forgotten.
