COLD CALLERS / DOOR TO DOOR SALES

Good Morning/ Bore da ,Residents,

Yesterday we received several reports of cold callers , other wise known as “Nottingham Knockers” attending addresses

in the Dunvant / Killay areas.

Nottingham Knockers are organised doorstop scammers who sell cleaning products at high prices.

Please do not open your door or hand over cash.  It is your home, and your right to say NO!

Many residents feel intimidated and find it difficult to refuse a sale at their door.

Remember, its your property, its your choice.

Two males were arrested yesterday, as a result of your reports.  Getting the word out on social media is a good way to share information quickly to alert others, however please always report to 101 so we can attend and deal with the issue promptly.

Patrols will continue in the area.
