Good news! Christopher EMMINS of Bodmin has been sentenced to 12 months imprisonment having failed to stop for police on 11/04/2026 - this resulted in a pursuit where he was stopped and arrested. He was remanded to court on 14/04/2026 and convicted for failing to stop / dangerous driving / drink driving and driving whilst disqualified. He was also disqualified from driving for 5 Years 5 Months 28 Days plus a fine and costs. This is after he was involved in another pursuit on 05/04/26 where he was stopped and arrested on that occasion too however bailed from court. Arrested twice in a week but now in prison and a dangerous driver taken off the roads for a period. |
