Community information appeal - Tittensor

We would like to make residents aware of an incident that occurred in Tittensor on Friday 18th April 2026, between 11:10am and 11:25am.

During this time, a white male, aged around 40, wearing a flat cap, was seen driving a mid-sized white van (described as a relatively new vehicle) around local streets. The male approached a female resident on Bracken Close and attempted to sell a mattress from the rear of his van. The resident declined and the male then left the area.

At this time, we do not have the vehicle registration number.

We are asking residents to please check any CCTV, doorbell, or dashcam footage they may have from the area during the times stated, which could assist us in identifying the vehicle or individual.
