Good Afternoon Update 👮♂️📍
This afternoon’s drop‑in event at the Unity Office was well attended, with a really positive turnout.
We spoke with local retailers, residents, and even a few younger children who popped in politely to ask for advice about older youths causing them some issues. It was encouraging to see members of the community of all ages engaging with us.
As a result of the event, a shoplifting offence was reported by staff at Morrisons Local. This will be fully investigated and dealt with accordingly.
Parking issues were also raised by several attendees and remain a key concern within the area. These will be fed back and considered as part of our ongoing work.
