Man charged with commercial burglary, drug, and theft offences in Boston area

A man has been charged with multiple commercial and dwelling burglary offences, two counts of theft from a shop, and possession of a class B drug.

The charges relate to incidents in the Boston area between 19 March and 16 April 2026.

Bradley Smith, 21, of no fixed address, appeared before Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Friday 18 April, where he pleaded guilty to five charges of burglary from commercial premises, two charges of dwelling burglary – with intent to steal, two counts of theft from a shop, and possession of a controlled drug of Class B (cannabis / cannabis resin).

He was remanded into custody and will appear before Lincoln Crown Court at a later date.
