ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownDurham Court – Bricks thrown through window.RossmoreSouth Pier Road – Unknown offender/s have tangled the life belts, rendering them unusable in an emergencyELLESMERE PORT WEST St. Pauls Wilmslow Drive – Damage caused on several occasions during the time frame of this bulletin.- Slab thrown through back door window.
- Person accessed rear of property and hit the window with a hammer before running off. – Named suspect.

ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownCroft Court – Parcel taken from doorstep.Cheshire Oaks – Whilst at Cheshire Oaks and unknown male has approached the reporting person and asked to use their phone. Once handed over the male has run off with the phone – IPhone 14. Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT EAST RossmoreBroad Birches – During the early hours of the morning and unknown male had gained access to a Black Ford Ranger, TS04 COB, parked on a residential driveway. Homeowner has challenged the male who has then driven off in the vehicle. – The vehicle is abandoned further along the road having been searched through. ELLESMERE PORT WEST Little Neston & BurtonShotwick Lane - Land Rover Range Rover Evoque, RM05 MOO, taken from residential driveway with keys by unknown offenders. One of the offenders has then tried to use a bank card from the vehicle to obtain fuel. – The vehicle has since been recovered and a male arrested and charged.Neston Road – Nissan Almera, W835 NFS, entered during the overnight period whilst parked on the car park area of the TU Wheatsheaf PH. Rear screen smashed and ignition wiring tampered with in an unsuccessful attempt to steal the vehicle. Boots card and covid vaccine card taken.Mill Lane – Honda NT650V, DE02 ORG, parked outside residential property, located further down the road with damage to the electronics and ignition. Ledsham & ManorPennine Walk – White Kia Rio, SC14 KXA, taken from driveway, using keys which had accidentally been left in the vehicle. Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT FROM motor vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT EAST WhitbyDuring the late evening hours of Wednesday 25th March an unknown male has attempted to gain access into several vehicles within the Whitby area:- Birch Grove – Mercedes A180 entered by unknown means via the passenger door. An untidy search has been carried out before the male has run off having been disturbed by the owner.
- Dunkirk Drive – Skoda Kodiaq entered by unknown means. Centre console rummaged through before the offender was disturbed, running off down Woodsome Drive.
RossmoreLittle Birches – Kia entered via unknown means. Untidy search carried out, leaving items removed from the glove box on the seat. Bank card taken.During the early hours of Saturday 4th April an unknown male has gained access into several vehicles in the area:- Broad Birches – See Theft of Motor Vehicle above

- Monterey Court – CCTV shows unknown male trying the door handles of vehicles in the area.
- Frontera Avenue – Vehicle (no further details) found to have been entered during the overnight period and an untidy search having been carried out.
- Firenza Avenue – CCTV shows an unknown male trying the door handles of vehicles in the area.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST Ledsham & ManorBerry Drive – Access gained into VW Tiguan by unknown means. Loose change and works security card and keys taken.Foxhall Way – Ford Escort accessed via unknown means and cash taken.Bailden Drive – Range Rover Evoque entered by unknown means. Search made within.NetherpoolNorth Road – Whilst parked in the car park of Vauxhall Motors vehicle Seat Ateca entered by unknown means. Glove box searched and quantity of cash taken.St. PaulsSpring Gardens - Unknown male offender witnessed trying the door handle of a securely parked Audi A4, before walking off.Chatsworth Close – Entry gained into Jaguar XJ and Range Rover, searched through but nothing taken.Overpool Road – Hyundai i10 approached, whilst the owner is filling up with fuel, by an unknown male who tried to open the car door. – Male arrested and charged. GrangeSingleton Road – Access gained into BMW and two bank cards taken and used in local Tesco store.Shepton Road – Insecure Alfa Romeo Tonale entered and works bag, mobile, aftershave and cash taken.Bridle Way – Insecure Land Rover Range Rover Sport and a bag, containing jacket and bottle of rum, taken.Charter Crescent – Two occurrences reported during the early hours of the morning where vehicles on residential driveways have been approached, and the door handles have been tried to see if the vehicles have been insecure. In the first instance it was an unknown male on a push bike and in the second it was three unknown youths.Sutton Way – Audi A4 accessed via unknown means. Glasses, sunglasses and money have been taken.Schubert Close – VW Tiguan, entered via unknown means and wallet and cards taken. Bank card has later been used at local service station.Rostherne Avenue – Two males seen walking along road looking at vehicles. As one is about to walk onto a driveway they can be heard commenting on there being a camera before walking off.Caldy Drive – CCTV footage shows a male looking around on the ground, as if looking for something, before they have tried the car door handles.SuttonPrinceton Way – Unknown offender accessed a Mazda2 by unknown means. Messy search carried out and bottle of perfume taken. – The male was also seen looking at other vehicle in the area.**Please note that two offenders have been arrested and charged for a number of thefts from motor vehicles that occurred throughout Ellesmere Port Local Policing Unit. ** Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownStanney Lane – Vauxhall Grandland has both offside tyres slashed by an unknown offender.ELLESMERE PORT WEST NestonFrobisher Road - Ford Kuga kicked and scratched along the side by an unknown offender.NetherpoolRossfield Road – Ford Fiesta, parked in car park of local gym, scratched all over body works. St. Pauls Sutton Way – Nissan Qashqai, parked in a residential area has damage caused to it on several occasions, which include the paintwork being damaged, flour thrown over it and dog waste spread over the door handles.
