What have we been up to today?

I hope everyone is enjoying the warm weather. Your local safer neighbourhood team have been busy today.

PC RIPLEY and PC ADAMSON have been out on patrol responding to incidents. They spotted a vehicle which has now been seized under section165 of the Road Traffic Act for no licence and no insurance. They carried on their patrol and stop searched two adults males and developed some intelligence.

PCSO COLEMAN and PCSO NORTHOVER-BREWER hosted a community catch up event this morning at Chaddesden library talking to the public about concerns they have in their local area. They then spoke to the local businesses nearby including AGE UK and attended Borrow Wood Primary school to speak to the year 5 and 6 students about bullying and the lasting impact it has on others. They learned about where to report Bullying and what being a bystander is. After they attended a couple of incidents in the Chaddesden area including a concern for safety and a suspicious car.
