An 8-year-old boy was injured in a collision with an off-road bike on Friday afternoon, 24 April.
At around 3:40pm the boy was knocked over on Kipling Road in Hartlepool. He was taken to hospital for treatment to cuts and bruises and kept in overnight as a precautionary measure.
The rider of the bike did not remain at the scene of the collision. He was riding a black motorbike and wearing a green helmet, a grey coat, black jogging bottoms and grey shoes.
