Burglary KINGSHILL AVENUE

At approximately 0100hrs on Thursday 23rd April, suspects entered a property on Kingshill Avenue, Worcester Park. Entry was gained via the side of the property, where the suspects accessed the small kitchen window and then opened a larger window to gain full access.

Once inside, the suspects stole two sets of car keys. Both vehicles were subsequently targeted; however, attempts to steal them were unsuccessful due to the vehicles’ immobiliser systems, which prevented removal.

Burglary Crime Prevention Advice

Lock doors and windows at all times, even when at home.

Keep car keys out of sight and away from doors and windows; use Faraday pouches where possible.

Use security measures such as alarms, motion lighting, or CCTV.

Make homes look occupied with timer lights when out.

Report suspicious behaviour via 101, or 999 if a crime is in progress.

Join Neighbourhood Watch and look out for neighbours.
