Ridgeway Parking

Dear Community 

There have been a number of vehicles parking on the pavement at the end of the Ridgeway on both sides of the road and fully on the pavement. This obstructs pedestrians and also blocks the view of vehicles progressing onto the roundabout at the top of the Ridgeway, please comply with the highway code and consider the implication for pedestrians with children or people in wheelchairs or using mobility scooters who may need to use the pavement.  This method of parking forces pedestrians to have to use the road and face oncoming traffic on the ridgeway which compromises their saferty.
