Suspicious Male

Today 27/04/2026 at approximately 13.00hrs a male was seen acting in a suspicious manner in the vicinity of St James Court, Blakedown. When challenged by a resident the male said he was looking for the “Owner” of St James Court and said he was looking for the electric meters. The male was then seen to walk down the side of properties in this location. The male had a camera and a lanyard, but when asked if he would show it to the resident the male refused, and turned it over. 

The male is described as asian, aged late 20's wearing black shirt and trousers. He also had a beard. A red hatchback car was also seen around the corner on Swan Close with an asian male sitting inside. Once the male had been challenged by the resident he hastily made an exit away from the area
