Local PCSOs Visit Gorse Hill Primary to Talk Online Safety

Good afternoon, 

Today, PCSOs Julie and Danny visited Gorse Hill Primary School to speak with Year 5 and Year 6 pupils.

We delivered sessions focused on social media, online safety, and the importance of being responsible when using the internet. We discussed how young people can protect themselves online, make safe choices, and to understand why it’s important to pause and think, when interacting online.

The children were engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and showed a good understanding of the topics discussed.

We would like to thank Gorse Hill Primary School for welcoming us and for their continued commitment to keeping young people safe both online and within the community.
