Appeal following burglary in Bury St Edmunds

Detectives are appealing to the local community for information and witnesses following a burglary in Northgate Avenue in the town.

The incident occurred sometime between midday Friday 24 and 5.40pm Monday 27 April, when an unknown suspect gained entry to the rear of the home by forcing a window in the sunroom, and smashing a patio door to the main house.  An untidy search was conducted, and items were stolen including jewellery and a black Audi A4 registration YY12VCJ from the driveway.
