Closure orders

We are proud of the progress being made in tackling illegal trading in the town centre. Our Trading Standards teams, alongside the Rochdale Neighbourhood Policing Team, have been proactive in carrying out enforcement action against shops and their owners who are trading illegally.

Closure Orders were served in partnership with Trading Standards on MK Mini Mart, 120 Yorkshire Street, and MS Mini Mart, 142 Yorkshire Street.
