FUEL & OIL THEFTS

We are seeing an increase in thefts of fuel and heating oil from yards, properties, horseboxes, tractors, and agricultural machinery. Please stay vigilant. 

Protect your property: 
• Lock and secure fuel/oil tanks (consider anti-siphon devices) 
• Keep tanks, vehicles, and machinery in well-lit, secure areas 
• Install motion lighting or CCTV where possible 
• Check levels regularly and act on sudden drops 
• Avoid leaving tanks full if not necessary 
• Mark containers and equipment
