Two Men arrested

On Wednesday 29th of April at 6:30pm, two men were stopped by Officers from the Malvern Safer Neighbourhood Police Team on Avenue Road in Malvern, following pro-active patrols.

The two men, both from out of area, aged 44 and 39, were acting suspiciously, were both searched with assistance from A shift Officers, were found in possession of stolen items, and arrested on suspicion of theft and going equipped.

It was also discovered that the men were outstanding for Burglary by West Midlands Police.

PC Waite of the Priory and Wells team will continue to carry out patrols to help keep Great Malvern and Malvern Wells, safe. 

Intercepting two suspects who were not only suspected of theft in Malvern but were also wanted for burglaries by West Midlands Police is a significant result for local safety.
