Good News - Offensive Weapon Arrests |

Dear Residents,
Your Royal Victoria SNT Team has been conducting patrols around Royal Wharf and Britannia village, on TUESDAY 28th APRIL 2026 between 1300 - 2200HRS PC Adnan EGAL had arrested a male attempting to bring a 3 inch lock knife into the passport office. Later that day, during patrols around Oasis Academy school PC Adeyemi ABIOLA had spotted two males sat down by the docks in Britannia village smoking cannabis. They were detained and searched and PC Paul BLIZNIUKAS had arrested one of the males who was in possession of a 3 inch pocket knife.
Reassurance patrols continue to be conducted around Oasis Academy and the Royal Wharf area due to reports of students being targeted by theft snatch suspects as well as an increase of parcel thefts in the Royal Wharf area.
In respect to the recent increase of parcel thefts, we ask residents to try take the following steps to reduce potential thefts:
