Important Notice to All Residents In Beam Park Ward

Please be advised that any drug-related activity is NOT acceptable anywhere on this ward.

This includes:

Inside flats or houses

Communal areas (stairs, corridors, landings, lifts)

Balconies and doorways

Car parks, gardens, and shared outdoor spaces

Any public places on or around the estate

Such behaviour causes serious concern to residents, creates fear and nuisance, and is a breach of tenancy conditions as well as the law.

If drug use or drug dealing is suspected or reported:

Police will be informed and may take enforcement action, including arrest

Housing services will take action, which may include:

Do not confront anyone involved

Report concerns to the police (999 in an emergency, 101 for non-emergencies)

Report ongoing issues to Housing or your local ASB team

Everyone has the right to feel safe and comfortable in their home and community. This behaviour will not be tolerated.
