CARLYON BAY BEACH ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR (ASB) | On Friday evening police attended the beach and immediate area in response to a number of calls reporting disorder and ASB involving a significant number of young people. A number of groups were dispersed and alcohol seized.

Anti-social and criminal behaviour which affects families using the beach and local residents will not be tolerated. We will take robust action against any young people who we identify as engaging in such behaviour using criminal and anti-social behaviour interventions.

If you are the parents of the young people who attended last night please take responsibility to know the whereabouts of your children in the evenings and who they are associating with. Encourage them to use the beach in a respectful manner.

We have information to suggest that a number of assaults occurred which at the time of posting have not been reported to the police. Please contact the police on 101 or use the below online link to report a crime;
