April crime report |

Hi all,
The monthly crime report for April is as follows
Burglary
08/04/26 – Hanworth Road – Bicycle stolen from rear garden of the property.
16/04/26 – Ellerman Avenue – Property is vacant and under renovation. Suspects have been seen on CCTV inside the property. Police attended and located suspects near by and they were arrested. Nothing was stolen
16/04/26 – Waverley Avenue – Main property under renovation and victim was staying in a cabin to the rear of the address. Victim was woken and has gone outside to find suspect attempting to break into their shed. Suspect has made off through the house and out the front door. No items stolen
23/04/26 – Mill Farm Crescent – Suspect has gained access to the garden and stolen two bicycles from the shed.
14-/04/26 – 28/04/26 – Bird Walk - Victim has been away from the home, upon return has noticed an untidy search has taken place and several items missing, suspects believed to be known to the victim.
Theft of motor vehicle 01/04/26 – Hospital Bridge Road – Attempted – Delivery driver states whilst they were riding, someone on a moped has ridden up behind them and said ‘ give me your bike’ Victim has managed to ride away.
12/04/26 – Edgar Road – Suspect has stolen victims motor bike over night
20/04/26 – Mill Farm Crescent – 3 suspects were seen stealing motor bike from victims driveway
Theft from motor vehicle There were 7 incidents of theft/attempted from motor vehicle. Only one incident involved damage to the vehicle in which a laptop was stolen from the passenger seat. The incidents centre around the Woodlawn estate area, suspects that have been seen described as a skinny white skinned male on a pedal bike.
Robbery 03/04/26 – Hanworth Road – Report made of a knife point robbery, unsubstantiated when police made contact with the person reporting.
Theft of pedal cycle 19/04/26 – Millfield Road – Bicycle stolen from communal area of a block of flats. | ||
