Man arrested after dog bite incident in Lowestoft |

A man has been arrested and bailed following an incident in Lowestoft in which a man and his dog were attacked and bitten by two dogs.
The incident took place at around 8.40am on Sunday 26 April in Walmer Road.
A man and his own dog, a poodle, were attacked and bitten by two other dogs which had broken free from a garden.
The dogs were described as a tan-coloured French bulldog cross and a tan and white-coloured American bulldog.
The man suffered injuries to his hand and was taken to hospital for treatment. His dog required veterinary treatment.
A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of allowing a dog to be dangerously out of control and was taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning. He was bailed to return to police on 5 June. Two dogs were seized by officers. They have since been put down.
