I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Vehicle crime (theft from or theft of), which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

We are appealing for information in relation to Theft of a Blue Cupra Born V2 EV, registration: KS24 OTM, which happened from 01.28am to 02.01am on 04.05.2026 at Windsor Place, City Centre, Cardiff (Outside of the City United Reformed Church) 2 white Males on pedal cycles have been seen on CCTV committing the offence(s) and we are appealing for anyone with information as to who they individuals are. We are also appealing for anyone that may have seen the vehicle after the dates and times above which may aid us with our investigation.
