Appeal - Incident on Whitby Road Pickering on 20 April.

North Yorkshire Police are appealing for information about an incident that occurred 20th April 2026 at approximately 08:30hrs on WHITBY ROAD, PICKERING. 

We are trying to trace a male that owns a black terrier type dog with a greying beard that has a red cord type lead.  The dog owner is described as a white male, very slim with a thin face around 5’10” in height with salt and pepper greying hair aged about 65 - 70 years old and believed to live locally.
