Vehicle Seizure – Partnership Action in Belgrave |

As part of ongoing work to improve road safety and tackle environmental and vehicle‑related concerns, PC 1327 and PCSO 6196, supported by a Leicester City Council Warden, have seized a vehicle within the Belgrave area that was found to be untaxed and in a poor, unsafe condition. During checks, the vehicle was identified as not road‑legal and unsuitable for use. The interior showed signs of significant mould growth, presenting a potential health risk and highlighting the importance of removing unsafe vehicles from public spaces. ![]() Keeping Our Roads SafeThis proactive activity forms part of wider partnership working aimed at ensuring vehicles on local roads meet legal and safety requirements.
