Crime update 29th April to 7th May 2026 |

Dear residents, Here is your crime update for the 29th of April to the 7th of May 2026.
There was a theft of a scooter from CORNYX LANE, in which offenders entered the front area of an address and stole it. The scooter has since been recovered. There was a theft of a Mercedes on CORNYX LANE, in which unknown offenders entered the home address by unknown means and removed the key to steal the car. It was later recovered as it had a tracker on it.
Good news! We have made two arrests in connection with an incident where two people were causing issues with pellet guns. The investigation is ongoing. The Silhill street watch group have been out on patrol this week, a big thank you to our volunteers for joining us. Officers on our team have been issuing Community protection warnings to people causing issues with off road bikes. These warnings are to prevent them from engaging in anti-social behaviour.
